Concept Development & Visual Ideation

Midjourney and Adobe Firefly have transformed the briefing and concept phase. Two weeks of mood boarding compressed into 48 hours — generating visual territories at a speed that changes the nature of the client conversation. The adidas Holiday campaign was concepted this way: three distinct creative directions delivered to the global brand team in 48 hours.

Motion Concept Development

Runway ML and Adobe Firefly's generative video capabilities are changing how motion concepts are developed. What previously required a full motion studio to visualise can now be explored and tested before committing production resource — giving clients a tangible sense of the creative direction before a frame is animated.

Campaign Strategy & Content Frameworks

ChatGPT and Claude are embedded into my strategic workflow — for drafting campaign frameworks, developing audience messaging hierarchies, stress-testing creative concepts against strategic objectives, and accelerating the briefing process. AI doesn't replace strategic thinking. It removes the friction between thinking and articulating.

Production Workflow Acceleration

AI tools integrated into the production pipeline eliminate repetitive manual tasks — background generation, asset resizing, image extension, copy variation, template population. The result: a team spending more time on creative decisions & less on production mechanics.  This improved team output capacity by 20% without increasing headcount.
